Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Vyrolclip works and what we expect from each other. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vyrolclip.

What Vyrolclip is

Vyrolclip connects businesses that want their message seen with people who make short videos, called clippers. A business pays for a campaign and funds a pool of money. Clippers post clips on their own social media accounts. We check each clip and pay clippers from the pool, based on verified views.

We run every campaign ourselves. Businesses don’t approve clips, talk to clippers or pay them directly.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use Vyrolclip.
• You can sign in with a single use code sent to your phone or email, or by logging in with a social media account. Keep your phone and inbox to yourself, because you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person may have one account, and what you tell us must be true.
• You may link up to twelve social media accounts, all of which must be your own.

Using TikTok and other platforms

• You can log in with TikTok, Instagram or Facebook to prove an account is yours and to let us read the numbers on the clips you send us. On some platforms this is the only way to verify an account.
• You also need to follow the rules of each platform you use, including the TikTok Terms of Service.
• We never post from your account and never see your password. You can disconnect an account at any time from Linked accounts.
• Vyrolclip is independent. We are not owned, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.

Your clips

• Your clips stay yours. You allow us to show their links, titles and numbers on Vyrolclip, and to share totals with the business behind the campaign.
• Use only the material the business supplied for the campaign, unless the campaign says otherwise. Send each post once.
• Keep your clip up and public after you send it. If you delete it, hide it or make it private, we can reject it and remove you from that campaign.

How earnings work

• A clip needs 10,000 verified views before it earns anything.
• From there, it earns the campaign’s rate for every thousand verified views. Rates are shown on each campaign page.
• Each campaign has a limit on what one person can earn from it. The limit covers all of your clips in that campaign, across every account and platform, and is shown on the campaign page. No clip can earn more than what is left in the pool.
• Our team reviews every clip against the rules on the campaign page. If we reject one, we tell you which rule it broke, and you can appeal.
• Approved money can be held for up to 10 days while we check the views again. It can go down if views turn out not to be real. It never goes up after approval.

Getting paid

• We check your identity once before you can cash out. You add where your money goes in your payout details, and we check those too.
• You can withdraw once your balance reaches Rs 2,000. Anything less stays yours and carries over.
• We send payments by hand, to the eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or bank details you gave us.

Starting a campaign

• Anyone with an account can ask for a campaign. Our team reviews every request, and nothing goes live until we approve it. You can’t send clips to a campaign you asked for.
• A pool is paid for once and can’t be topped up later.
• You confirm that you own the footage, logos and other material you give us, or have permission to use them, and that clippers may use them for the campaign.
• Campaigns must be legal, honest and not misleading.

What isn’t allowed

• Buying views or using bots or any other way of faking numbers.
• Sending someone else’s footage or posts as your own.
• Opening extra accounts to earn past a campaign’s limit.
• Trying to break into, overload or misuse the site or anyone’s account.
• Posting anything illegal, hateful or harmful as part of a campaign.

If this happens, we can reject clips, hold back money earned this way, and close the account.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep Vyrolclip running and to count views correctly, but we can’t promise the site will always be available, or that any clip will earn money. We rely on other services, including the social media platforms, and can’t control them. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably have avoided. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.

Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Money you have properly earned stays yours, and we will pay it under these terms. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes and contact
